At Small Packages LLC, Chef Sheila is focused on providing excellent services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction – she will do everything she can to exceed your expectations.  

 

Sheila has 25 years of culinary experience and will impress you with her top notch cooking skills. She caters for small families and small events up to large events. She routinely feeds the flock of her church on special occasions, and the parish can testify to her culinary talents!

Why Use Us?

Chef Sheila has taught at the Culinary Institute and became a chef many years before cooking shows made the industry "cool". She enjoys cooking and teaching others how to cook. She worked in the Windows of the World located in the North Tower of the World Trade Center, and gained valuable experience cooking a diverse menu of international cuisine.

She enjoys catering and private cooking shows, and developed a Personal Chef Service program to help busy families enjoy home cooked meals when they have no time of their own. Sheila can take of your culinary needs!
